The Evisceration process is the procedure and equipment required to remove the intestinal pack, recover the edible offal, the cleaning and cooling facilities – all of which are supplied by JF Equipment. We also manufacture giblet pumps and water separators for the eviscerating area as well as bird and foot unloaders, hock cutters and head jammers. |
